Information about the shipment of your order

You pay shipping costs based on the destination. The applicable shipping costs vary by country. Once you've added a product to your shopping cart, you can select the country you want to ship to. The shipping costs will then be displayed.

When can I expect my order?

Orders placed on weekdays are shipped latest the next day. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped the next business day. We do not have our own delivery service. We rely on PostNL and/or DHL. They deliver within the Netherlands within 24 hours with a 95% reliability rate. Please note that your order may be delivered to your address or a different address later than expected. We have no control over this, nor are we liable for it. In rare cases, the package may be lost by the delivery service. In this case, we will do everything we can to find a suitable solution. Outside the Netherlands, delivery times may be longer, depending on the country to which it is being shipped.

Pick up your order?

This is by appointment only, with a date and time agreed upon together. Pre-payment is not required for pickup; you can pay cash, by card, or by Tikkie (Dutch residents).
