Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs vary per country / per package (via postal services), but DHL is also accepted. Consult the website of your chosen carrier for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the company with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@brinicmodelcars.eu. We will then refund the order amount due to your bank account or PayPal account (depending on the method you used to pay us when purchasing the product) within 14 days of receiving your return.
